Hello beautiful soul!!
When it comes to healing or doing any sort of inner work, inner child healing is normally the one we skip.
It brings up deep feelings that we hide within ourselves.
It can show up in so many ways in our lives if we don’t begin to start doing the work.
So first, before we go deeper I want to talk about what inner child healing actually is.
You are going back to your younger self. Revisiting how you used to feel.
Asking yourself what you always wanted or anything that you wish you could tell yourself now.
If you are still reading, I know that you are ready to heal and release what you are still holding onto. I want you to know, you aren’t in any of this alone. T
his is your time to take your power back.
PROMPT ONE
What is an emotion you are currently working through? Or What keeps coming up for you?
Do you remember feeling this way as a kid? If so, when?
PROMPT TWO
What is something you have always wanted to tell your younger self?
For example: If you didn’t feel seen growing up or like your emotions mattered, take the time now to write to your younger self now, letting your younger self now how loved and seen you were and are.
PROMPT THREE
Is there a certain memory or trauma that you continue to carry with you?
If you can try to write out as much as you can.
What do you remember? What words did you want to hear? Did you feel supported?
Pour so much love into your younger self and yourself now.
You didn’t do anything wrong.
You are so loved and strong.
PROMPT FOUR
How can you now pour into your current self?
How can you give yourself more love?
How can you allow yourself to feel however you want to feel?
Be patient with yourself, and remember everything always happens for us.
Never to punish us, always to guide us to our soul path.
