Wellness Wednesday/ CELERY JUICE

Hello Beautiful Soul!!!

I am all about high frequency foods and energy so I decided to start doing a wellness wednesday blog all on high frequency foods to add into your day.

I get TONS of questions about celery juice. So I decided to create a blog answering all of them.

Celery juice is very trendy and there’s a lot of questioning around whether or not it’s just another trend going around or if it actually works.

Is it worth the hype? 100000000%.

I was skeptical about it but I saw everyone healing so much from it so I thought why not! What do I have to loose?!

I have been drinking celery juice for a year and a half now. I have noticed significant results.

I used to be so sick all the time.

Ever since I started drinking celery juice, I’ve been able to take myself off all my medications. I was constantly taking allergy medicine and medicine for sinus infections. Besides that, My blood sugar has significantly improved, my migraines are gone and overall never get headaches anymore!

So to say the least…. I love it!

For best results:

Consume 16-32 ounces. (when you start only do 8 ounces then build your way up.)

Drink on an empty stomach and don’t eat anything for 30 minutes after.

I love having warm lemon water in the AM so I drink that first wait 15 minutes then drink my celery juice.


Why drink celery?

You don’t have to be sick to drink celery juice. I look at it as prevention and self care. The more you take care of your body NOW, the healthier you will be.

Does it taste bad?

It definitely has a very earthy taste to it but after a while you do get used to it.

Do you have to drink it every day?

If you want to notice results yes! This isn’t something you can just drink whenever you feel sick and expect to feel better instantly. It took almost 6 months for me to really notice a difference.

Do the powders work the same?

No! I’ve seen so many celery juice powders and they are not the same as juicing it. You don’t get all the healing mineral salts!

Can you add anything to the celery?

No! Don’t add anything to it. A lot of companies add lemon to it or other vegetables. Which is great for a greens juice but not if you are doing it for the celery juice benefits.
